2. Methods of Delivery:

A. In-Store Pickup:
- For customers who purchase in-store or through the LAMY website, please inspect the merchandise thoroughly, cross-reference the products with the documentation and warranty certificates before receiving the items.
- In cases where items need to be transferred from another store within the same network, a store representative will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time.

B. Intra-city Delivery: Hanoi,
- Delivery fee within the city: 25,000 VND per order.
- Our delivery personnel will contact customers without specific time preferences to arrange a suitable delivery time.
- For customers with specific time preferences, our delivery personnel will contact and schedule the delivery according to the customer's request.
- Except for situations requiring urgent delivery or deliveries outside the store's working hours, our staff will contact and coordinate with the customer for an appropriate delivery time.
- Please check the product immediately upon receipt from our delivery personnel. If there are any issues related to type, quality, or quantity that do not match the order, please notify us promptly.

C. Inter-province Delivery: Through GHTK.VN service
- When placing an order, please provide all necessary and accurate information as requested to facilitate the quick provision of goods and prompt payment receipt. We are not responsible for delays or losses in delivery due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.
- The delivery time is estimated to be from 2 to 4 days (excluding Sundays or public holidays). The fee is 25,000 VND per product. This time frame is approximate.
- Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or during Tet holidays will be processed from 4:00 PM on the Monday two weeks later or the first working day after the public holiday or Tet holiday.
- Please inspect the goods upon delivery by the courier. If there are any issues related to type, quality, or quantity that do not match the order, please notify us for coordination with the courier for resolution.

D. Order Changes or Cancellation:
- Customers can change or cancel orders in the following situations:
- If the store has confirmed the product but has not shipped it.
- If the product has already been shipped, any changes will incur shipping fees borne by the customer.
- Typically, after receiving the order information, we will process the order within 24 hours and provide information regarding payment and delivery. The delivery time is usually within 2-4 days from the order confirmation date or as agreed upon during order placement. However, delivery times may be extended in unforeseeable circumstances, as previously communicated to the customer.

- Regarding Shipping Fees: We use external shipping services, so shipping fees will be calculated based on the shipping providers, location, and order volume. Specific fee details will be provided to the customer upon order confirmation.
